Do they make a 5 1/4 or 5 1/2" v band? I had picked up a 5" from precision but it seems to be just a hair too small. It will go around the 5" downpipe v band flanges but the bot is about 1/2" short. I looked on a few sites and all i have seen are 5" and 6" v bands. Thanks for the help guys.

update: the 5.25" came and it was identical to the 5" i ordered so thats still not big enough. Is there a 5.5" clamp? Precision told me 5.25/5" was the biggest but its still not as big as i need.

This clamp is for the 5" down pipe. I already have it clamped to the turbo fine. I had the vband clamp kit when i welded the flanges in the down pipe but the v band itself got misplaced over the year the car has been apart. i can get a pic of the vband flange on the down pipe if it would help. It measures 5.25" out side to outside.

what turbo is it? have you contacted the turbo manufacture and see if they have one?
could it be an odd sized Vband flange and not the turbo?
have you tried these guys http://www.airflo.com/
call them and see if they have a clamp for your specific turbo.

not for the turbo. The down pipe is 3 pieces and uses a vband to hold it all together. Its just a really big vband and precision turbo didn't have it and did not know where to get one.
