rotate the compresor

Just a "gee wiz" question. I was wondering if the compressor on the turbo can be rotated in relation to it's position to the exhaust housing?

Yes, usually you can just loosen up the retaining bolts, or remove a big snap ring from the compressor housing and rotate it to whatever position you want. There might be some that can't but most (all the ones I have seen or researched) can be adjusted.
