ATI Squealing Tensioer

ATI Squealing Tensioer I finally got my car back together, but Inoticed a loud squealing noise at 1500 rpm's @ 60 mph.
I put a new belt on it and tightened the sh*t out
of it and it still squeals .
It sounds like it might be locking up.The black
is wearing off of the pulley and the belt is turning silver.
Can anyone tell me if this has happened to them?
This did not occur the fist time.
The braket is straight, the pully is wearing even
,ect

Re: ATI Squealing Tensioer are you sure you tightened the tensioner enough.
if it was loose it would do that. and did you use a thicker washer?? i did cause the old tesioner's washer sunk in and loosened the pulley.
