I would say 7.65 crank pulley and 3.4 SC pulley at 6400-6600RPM should get u around there Or 8.5 Crank pulley and 3.8 SC pulley and 6400-6600RPM. Every 1" increase in crank pulley = .5" decrease in SC pulley = more boost.

I ran a 7.65 with 4.25 SC pulley before and saw 7.5-8psi at 6400RPM on a hot day and 8-9psi on a cold day. Boost reading will vary based on engine flow and exhaust setup. Also weather plays a big role in it. I bet you are seeing low psi readings because of the weather in your area. In your case go with 8.5 crank and 3.6 SC pulley and u will see 15psi if not more. Good luck.

I agree also...... now the smallest 8 rib pulley ATI makes is a 3.4" and they run $90 each. Now Riechard Racing makes a smaller 8 rib pulley but your going to pay for it.... they make a 3.3" and a 3.2" and they run $160 each.

Great question. Do you have the 3.5" twin intercoolers, or the new for '05 4.5" twin intercoolers with the larger 3" piping? At the very least you are going to want to use the new 4.5" intercoolers. Bob

The easiest way to get 15 psi of boost is to shove a bananna in the tail pipe
