Almost another 8 sec car
Almost another 8 sec car Went to a street car race in Clay City, KY Saturday. Had to run a muffler and DOT tire. So I ran my big MT Radials and got a new best on those with a 9.20 @ 152.
They then had open T&T after the race so we put on the slicks, uncapped the exhaust and let her rip.
1.40- 60' spinnin and shaken
5.823 -1/8
122.833 -mph
9.004 -1/4
153.897 -mph
We tried two more times to get the 8 but the track went away and the mist was coming down harder.
I installed a sumped alum. tank and took off the catback before this race so weight was down a little from the 3,865lbs that is was before.
I'll turn it up a little more and have the race seat in for the M10 race this weekend. So I can get my 8 and 155+ mph.

that car is juts bad ***, and that tranny that rossler built you is nothing short of amazing.

Thats as close as you can get to an 8sec run. Are you guys going to Texas next month with both cars? You could get a 7sec run with the Formula and an 8sec run with the Yellow car.

Your car looked good going down the track...it was a shame to see you go down to the mustang in the finals. I have a couple vids of your runs that I'll get posted up once I get some time. I'll also be sure to not tell anyone about me puttin' a hurtin' on ya during T&T
