Default Dyno #'s for new engine at 10psi, pump gas

Well i finally got my new engine in my transam
i went with forged rods and pistons with a .010 overbore, and a 9.0:1 CR. IT has a single T-76 with 3" Dp adn 2.5" Xover. 42lb injectors. walbro 340 + inline pump

It was tuned on 94 octane, pump gas.
i ended up geting 512/536 to the wheels on a mustang dyno.

Be careful with the fuel pressure. My car was fine on the dyno but sucked the walbro 340 dry at the track. I got 2 of the 340 pumps now....we'll see how that works. I got it all wired and joined together. Just gotta put the assembly back in the tank in the morning

I can tell you got a few more tricks up your sleve. You ever going to post your numbers or are you going to wait till you destroy everyone in your area.

you should have been there, it was a late night though, Greg did good on getting it tuned though. I tried to talk him in doing a couple pulls with some higher octane. but he talked me out of it, i could tell he was beat.

Hey i heard you were planning on coming to Norwalk on friday, before it got rained out, but are you coming to the rain day on tuesday?

Car is at the shop waiting for me to finish pulling the motor tomorrow. Trying to find my magically disappearing oil pressure

Should have it in pieces and a shopping list ready for monday. don't think i can get it all back together in time, and i've got alot of other stuff to take car of in the mean time. All that non-car stuff

no numbers/times yet, but I'm was running a decent bit more/faster than last year already. damn bearings (i hope )

y2khawk, be sure to post up what you find, my old stock motor used to do that also. Never caused a problem and ran normal but the oil pressure droped from normal all the way to the first line as I drove it. Some people say it's the stock oil pump that sucks.
