Most boost with stock timing and fuel system?
since added exhaust and other bolt ons.. for even more.. but have changed programming etc..

With a little less exhaust backpressure and a set of 30# injectors (again with NO PCM tuning) you can usually get away with ~6psi with 93 octane.
Obviously, you can always make more power with more safety margin with the proper PCM tuning, even at low boost levels. Keep in mind that no two cars are exactly alike and the limit will vary from car to car. Luckily the GM knock routine does a decent job of keeping people from grenading motors on most low boost applications. The best approach is to always tune correctly so that you are not relying on the knock sensors to keep you safe.

Also, any turbo guys that started with the same setup first?</strong></font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I can not say stock fuel pressure as the original ATI kits came with an aux pump.. my pressure is now 63# or so with the 28# injectors that came with the 2001..
now I have bigger injectors but still have the aux pump and custom tuning.. I was part of the R&D for the PREDATOR tuner...
