ported TB with blower?

ported TB with blower? i have a whipple so the throttle body is still a pull thru set up, i am trying to clean up the intake set up that the whipple came with and get some cooler air in there. how much would one of these ported TB help, i see alot of good responces to these things and wonder if it is even more important for me or now with a blower that it isn't worth worring about anymore.

Re: ported TB with blower? and another question, everyone likes the stock ported and polished TB and it sounds like the main reason is the intake opening is only so big, well my TB bolts right up to a beefy cast whipple intake, seems like i might be one of those guys that can benifit from a BBK 80mm unit. hmmm
Re: ported TB with blower? i'm really not sure about the effects of a ported T/B on an F/I engine, i guess it could lean it out a bit. but what i heard is that the bbk throttle bodies have issues with the blade sticking in the open position.

Re: ported TB with blower? You can use a PTB on the car with a blower. Custom tuning will be needed to compensate for it though. Thats what they did on my car.
