Stock 6.0L bottom end?
I was wondering how well these took boost stock, since the block is already iron, maybe the internals are stronger than LS1 internals.
Thanks!
Get a decent set of rods, some 9:1 or so CR forged slugs from Diamond, a stock block and crank, main and head studs, and boost away
And 9:1 good compression? Why not go a little lower?
Just trying to learn more about LS1 forced induction. (going to start building my motor in jan)
Thanks
Casey
Why start w/ a production rotating assembly if you're building for boost???

Just get pistons, rods and studs?
I don't want to risk the aluminum cracking. So...
6.0L Block and stock crank, with aftermarket rods and pistons and studs? Do i leave stock bearings also?
