ATI 3 Piece Cog System $550.95 I dont know if anyone knows about this cog set up. It sounds like a good deal with what you get for 550.95
Crank Pulley, Compressor pulley, Idler and 30mm Cog Belt.
Boost levels 10-13-15psi

Probably for the D1-SC. It can be bolted up to either headunit though with similar results I'm pretty sure.
I found this while looking for another belt for my 3.2 pulley, the damn belt is slipping and I have little room left on the tensioner to tighten it up even more. This belt slip issue sucks. 7psi pulley was making 7psi, 9psi pulley is making 7psi and slipping.
Time to find a smaller belt, its about all I can afford right now <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

If your using a 3.2" pulley now you could use a 3.6" pulley with the bigger crank pulley.
The cog setup = no slip though <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

MMS has a pretty good deal, but price is steep at 230 for one pulley, does he even throw in the right belt, plus you have to get the right blower pulley to compensate for the bigger CP. This equals more $$.
For 550 you get 3 pulleys a belt and no slip.

I have two pulleys right now the 3.4 and the 3.2. If I ran these with a bigger CP I would overboost my stock motor. So for now I have to stick with finding a smaller belt prolly a 36.5in to help with my lil belt slip problem.

I was pretty stoked when I found that set up too. Too bad I don't have the cash for it now. oh well, maybe my family can find it in their hearts to get it for me for christmas.

Re: ATI 3 Piece Cog System $550.95 I hear the power steering cog is the most expensive piece. At least for the C5. Dunno how close the F-Body setup is. Thank god I don't have to foot the bill. Vortech includes a C5 cog setup.

Re: ATI 3 Piece Cog System $550.95 Dont they make a cog system for 7# kits? Not many people can run 10#'s or more without seriously lowering there compression. They need to make cogs for the 7# kit cause even that kit has belt slipping problems to.
