H/C with procharger?
I am currently looking to make some more power and am wondering what route I want to take. I've considered building a 422 and using my current NX kit, a DP fogger, or a procharger on a built 346.
My question is this: I currently have a 10:8:1 comp stage II head package from Cartek. I was wondering what you guys would think about building a low comp (8.0:1 or 9.0:1) forged internals 346 and using an ATI procharger. I could also spray a little to keep the intake charge cool.
For the money, the 422 is about the same price (I'd assemble it myself as I would the 346) so I don't know what I want to do. The car is not driven daily and I can compromise some drivability. I want to run low ten's in the quarter with my 6 speed. I know that people are running those times with the 422 stroker but I haven't heard much about the procharger.
Lemme know what you guys think...any input will be appreciated <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
