How much can stock head gaskets take?

how much boost can the stock LS1 with stock head bolts take on a regular basis? I am thinking of swapping the 4.10 ATI pulley for the 3.25 one(7psi) I am going to do the tune and injectors 42 lb SVO I assume , but am I in for trouble at this level? thanks for the responses and tell me what you have encountered so I can do it or not.

There not real stong, i have heard of people taking it up to 9psi but make sure your tune is right.

ARP studs and cometic gaskets are the best to have.
