Default How much oil leakage out of a turbo is normal?

well i noticed a small drip of oil near my turbo outlet conecting to the IC piping? I took it off and it looked clean on the inside so i wiped a white tissue on the inside and there was small traces of oilo on the tissue, also oil traces around the bends of the IC pipe. There was none up close to the inlet of the throttle body.
so its a very small leak or somthing coming out of the seals of the turbo.

Is this normal for a turbo, or should there be none at all. It had a rebuld before it went in 5000 miles ago.

the way i understand it, with that type of turbo you will always get a little bit of seepage... sounds ok to me.. i know i always had it on my ttech kit.
