ATI, Magnuson, Vortech.
That is the order they were released in and probably the # of installs out there.
ATI-D1 can probably produce the most power, but requires a little tweaking to get it installed correctly. The kit lacks good programming and a fuel pump upgrade. Some people have cooling problems with the single fan setup. It does have nice air to air intercoolers and is self contained (no engine oil).
Magnuson - Roots type blower, is probably the most trouble free, but you have to replace the hood. It has instant boost, but not much top end. Only capable of low boost and no intercooler.
Vortech - is new, but sounds pretty good so far. It uses an after cooler and taps oil from the motor.
Not sure about shops in that area. Take a look on corvetteforum.com. There is plenty of c5 FI and tuner info there.
I'm asking this question for my Father. He has a '02 ZO-6. By next spring, my '01 WS-6 will be faster than his car, so he wants your opinon on some superchargers. Basically he wants to know what company and what kind of superchargers you would recommend and he lives in southern, VT so where is the best place to have it installed north of.......Maryland. He isn't really on any budget so what are the best.
Thanks,

he was running 124 in the 1/4
said something like 518 to wheels if I remember correctly. it was insane.
On the dyno sheet it made 483rwhp and a torque curve as flat as Nebraska It aint cheap, $8500 new hood included.
Very nice package, clean install, the paint on the hood matched perfectly, and BIG power at any RPM. LPE has my vote
