Recommended Stall for F/I setup?

Default Recommended Stall for F/I setup?

So my setup is a powerdyne at 6psi, Pacesetters, lid, SLP MAF, Smooth Bellows, Stock catback w/cutout, B&M Supercooler, and taking it in for a dyno tune. The car is an 02 SS A4 and I wanted to know what converter you guys recommend while still keeping this car streetable.

What sort of dyno #'s and times do you think I could expect with this setup on a good tune? Also recommended places to get tuned in Northern California?

Give TCI a call i loved there SSF 3500 stall and if thats to much for ya there 300 stall is awsome also.

What rear gears do u have.... what kind of HP did the car make stock?? or with the mods before the blower???
On average if the boost is Intercooled then most say 12-15 HP per pound of boost.....

The dyno is the only way to know for sure......

YOu cant go wrong with the Yank PY3400 or 3600 converters. Both are setup and built specifically for this application.

Yank makes a supercharger/nitrous convertor. I like mine.

I'd say you'd put down 360-370 with the powerdyne.

I'd stay away from the TCI converters for forced induction....went through 2 of them. Switch to a Vig3600 Multi Disc

i got my fuddle 3,800 stall built for a turbo and 500rwhp max goal. Dont know how well this converter works with a turbo as i dont have it yet. Just make sure what ever converter brand you get that they know what your going to be using with it(built motor,supercharger,turbo etc) that way they can build you one suited to your application dont just pick a stall speed you want.

yank can do it also but they have many choices already made like the pye 3400 and the pye 3600 but cost more than twice as much as my fuddle.

So a TCI SSF 3500 2.5 wouldn't be a bad choice though right? What do they normally run pricewise?

You need to really watch the STR. 2.5 with FI may be trouble.

I would talk to a convertor manufacturer or go to the transmission section. Like I said before, if you call Fuddle they will custom make one for your application.

Most converters are...If you want a good converter, Call up Neal Chance. Be prepared to spend money. He will et any of the competitors on the market.

He's right about two things..... Neal Chance makes an awsome converter.... but be ready to speand alot.... and when we say alot we mean over $1k
Mine for my new Glide was $1600.
