I added a meizere electric pump that would atleast get the flow similar to stock, still has a problem staying cool. I went to a smaller fan in order to be able to shroud it easily, so I think my next step is to step up the fan and find a way to shroud it. Again this radiator gets absolutely flow through it from outside the car, so it is dependant on the fan alone. Anything else that hasnt been covered so far?

What temp is the fan(s) set to come on? The lower the better, I have mine set to come on @168 and this keeps the car cool. Just an idea being thrown your way.

Also remember that to be effective a radiator needs an intake source of cool air, and an exit air path behind it, not just a fan. The hot air can't just hang out and build up. If you have no decent air flow to, from and across the radiator, 20 fans won't cool you.

I thought electric water pumps were pretty much race only?

Meizere makes a street and track only pump. I got the street pump and some have said they have seen temp drops from it alone. So far it has done about the same as stock, keep in mind the stock was underdriven also.
