coughing back thru intake, popping pipes loose

coughing back thru intake, popping pipes loose having a problem with an LT1 car im working on....
it has a vortech s-trim supercharger with a built motor.
it wants to cough back thru the intake if you blip the throttle at idle, and its blown the pipes loose a few times.
it has been tuned before, but seems to run rough now. ~9" of vacuum at idle with a 236/246ish cam on a 114. fuel press. is 35# at idle, 43 up top.
versafueler, no fmu
83# injectors
meth. injection
new optispark, stock 140,000 mile coil
egr still on the intake
bypass valve checks out o.k.
made 2 1/8 passes last week, 7.0@99 and a 6.95@97 with 1.60 and 1.55 60's.
vacuum leak? timing not right? any ideas?
