Default Help me finish my SC setup.

So here's a list of what I've purchased so far for my relatively stock 02 SS A4. I'm planning on installing everything myself. Let me know what little parts, big parts, etc, i need to complete my setup. I want to make sure I have all gaskets, bolts, etc needed and any other major items.

Purchased and need to install:

Powerdyne Ls1 kit (missing belt)
42# injectors
Walbro 255 fuel pump in sending unit
SLP 160 thermostat
TCI 3500 stall 2.5 str torque converter
Pacesetter coated LT's w/02 extensions
3.73 gears (need install kit)

Parts i think I still need to buy:

TSP catted Y pipe for pacesetters (I'm in CA)
Sub-Frame connectors (diamond type preferred)
Intake lid???
Transmission cooler???
Port my throttle body???

Help me out as I want to get everything purchased and do the install all at once. Let me know what you think I need or where I can get it, prices, whatever help you can give.

Daniel

A cam/valvetrain can't hurt either.

There is Forcefed in Sac, Synergy in Fremont.

Both of those places have load bearing dyno's which are great for tuning FI cars.

how bout gears? Turns out I haven't got the gears yet and wanted to know what I should get and how much they'd cost? I thought 3.73's with this setup would be good. Where should I get them? Should I stay away from used?

3.73's will wake the car up big time.

Again both those shops could handle the gears for you.

times depend on traction.

Since you don't have the gears yet, I would choose a 3.50 or 3.42 instead. Your 4L60E already has a real low 1st, 3.06, and with the blower you will be even more traction limited.

For the Powerdyne, I would keep the stock cam.

A tranny cooler is smart here in NorCal.

I don't think you'll be able to use a lid with the blower anyway, right? And with the medium boost level you'll get, what is it a 6 or 9psi kit, the stock TB should also be OK. You could always port it later.

All your other plans seem great!
