Default 73cc and 77cc FI CNC chambers

Just wanted to let anyone who has interest that TEA (Total Engine Airflow) has two different CNC combustion chambers for the LS1/LS6 engine.

The first chamber is 3.950" bore diameter and is designed for stock bore engines and displaces 73cc. It can be used on any 4.8/5.3/5.7/LS6 head.

The second chamber is 4.030" and is designed for bigger bore engines and 6.0L engines and displaces 77cc. It can be used on any 4.8/5.3/5.7/6.0/LS6 head.

Please let us know if anyone has any interest, these chambers are FREE when any Stage 1, 1.5 or 2 head is purchased, otherwise the cost is $100 plus valve job and disassembly/assembly.

how much to clean up the ports, bowl work valve job on my 6.0 heads and leave the chambers alone?

Brian, what will my 73cc 5.7L Stage 2 LS1 heads lower the compression to on a stock bottom end LS1??

Can you post flow numbers up to .600 lift for the stage 1.5 5.3L head with 73cc chamber?
Also can you get 77cc chamber with the 3.905 bore?

Brian, what would the CR be with the s2 heads on a 408? 4" stroke, 4.030 bore.

Hey Y2-wiseguy, off the top of your head do you know the stock specs for for the ls1 for calculating compression, like deck height, combustion chamber, and amount of dish in the pistons? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

well, yes <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_images/icons/tongue.gif" />

bore and stroke is application specific, but LS1 is 3.898 bore, 3.622 stroke. No dish, -.006 deck clearance (.006 out of the hole), pick a head for the chamber size, etc etc

I just like to see people figure some stuff out on their own for a change. Is that too much to ask <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Two more questions for ya. What would the 73cc chamber head do to the compression ratio on a stock bottom end? And what would be the better head to use on a blown 346, the 5.3L or 5.7L?
