Well my attempt to get it back on track

I mounted the pump in the driver side fog light area "standing up" I made a quickie bracket out of metal scrap and mounted the pump to it and then mounted the bracket to the sway bar mount.

I drilled and tapped my WW tank to use as a meth tank. I sealed up the barb to plastic connection with high strength epoxy to be on the safe side. That barb should never leak

I got one of those cheapie inline filters from autozone and put in before the pump, so it'll have some chance of taking any crap out. The filter elements are easy to find and cheap to replace so I figured why not.

I mounted the nozzle right before the TB. I'll be mounting my IAT sensor in the metal elbow as well....after I get some other issues resolved.

But all in all it came out pretty good, Its an STS meth kit and it was pretty much a drop in deal. The wiring harness was top notch and everything went in great.

I didn't like the pump mount as I couldnt use it anywhere because I have IC pipes routed where it should have mounted up, but the quickie bracket only took a few minutes to fab up and didn't cost me anything

look on the top of your pump larry.

you will see where an allen key can fit in that circular opening.

tightening and loosining that screw adjusts the output of the pump.

for the life of me though I can't remember if clockwise increases or decreases pressure.

I think it decreases so spinning it counter clockwise would increase the flow.

again not anywhere near 100% sure on that. been years since I adjusted mine.

have you ever disconnected the nozzle from the car and tested your entire alky system to verify flow, and that it flows when you think it should, etc....

it's super easy to clog the nozzle. it's also very easy to have installed your system so it doesn't prime right, etc... lots of possibilities. I would suggest going thru a battery of tests.

clockwise raises pressure.. its plastic so its easy to overtighten and strip out. i have mine glued in place.

Morpranos, and hugger, thanks
Hugger, I wasn't going for a "NOS" like set up, but I can see the similarities(sp?). I put the heatshielding on there to protect the rubber line from heat and abrasion, plus I had 3ft of it laying around waiting to be used on something

I put the wanted to put the nozzle below so the track tech wouldn't see/think it was for N2O as they aren't the very bright at the track. But my dad convinced me to put it up top for ease of access if I had to trouble shoot it.

Mighty or Blackbird, should I increase the flow on my pump? I know its the adjustable one, but thought it probably came "adjusted" from STS.

What did your setup cost you, and where did you get it from? I'm looking to do alcohol injection in the near future, but don't want to spend $400 that the current off the shelf systems are going for.
