Default P-1SC with a Vette better than P-1SC with an F-body!!!

I know that the Vette LS1 and the F-body LS1 are the same. The weird thing, is that a P-1SC on a F-body makes 440rwhp@8psi max from what i have seen. On the other hand I saw on vette forums cars making over 480rwhp@8psi with the P-1SC. So what does help the vette guys to make more power than LS1 owners?
This makes me think of getting a P-1SC now and after major mods to the engine its self i will swap it with a F1 unit.

Also, can someone starts with the P-1SC and then swap it later with the F1 unit(After doing stage3 heads+ 383 stroker 8.5C/R) without modifcations.

Note: I still didnt get all the answers i want.
