Re: 3 psi of boost on a 7lb pulley...WTF That has happened on mine and a few others on the board. ATI seems to be shipping the d1sc tuner kits for 8# with a 4.0" pulley. Problem is, it only makes 5#. I emailed them and they said I need a 3.7 or 3.6" pulley to get the 8#. The people that got the 3.6" pulley made 8# at the begining (LS1Bird comes to mind I think). They said they'd set me up with the right pulley, but I've decided to plan for the future and get the bigger crank pulley now from mms.

Re: 3 psi of boost on a 7lb pulley...WTF The MMS crank pulley with the 4.00 or 4.10 ATI SC pulley is a VERY smart idea. That should SIGNIFICANTLY reduce chances of belt slip AND reduce stress.
Problem is, I've heard the MMS pulley is not being produced. Is it just a long delay or did they scrap the idea?

7.85" crank pully 8 rib setup w/belt
then I need to call ASP and ask them what blower pully size I need to get 12psi for a "street setup"...this is obviously when I do the new motor, not sure when thats gonna take place..
Last I heard there was a big back order for these parts...

Re: 3 psi of boost on a 7lb pulley...WTF I hadn't heard about stopping production, just long delay. I asked about 5 weeks ago, and they said 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I asked again and they said 2 weeks. They also said the second time that they were going to fill existing orders first out of the next batch so I placed an order online. I just emailed them friday but haven't gotten a reply.

Re: 3 psi of boost on a 7lb pulley...WTF Booost, it can and might not happen it all depends if you get lucky or not. Most of the time there is a issue with this so we just upgrade to the cog belt system.

The ASP crank pully 8 rib, ASP blower pully 8 rib, and the belt all cost that much...
And you can get any size you want for the amount of boost you want to run...
