I can tell you that with 525 RWHP and 651 RWTQ, even 26 x 11.5 x 16 M/T ET Streets (they measure about 27" tall for me) do not hold me in the street in first gear. If I stomp it, it will spin all the way thru 1st, 2nd and 3rd without moving very far.

If I am driving along in 4th (A4) at, say, 35 MPH and stomp it (downshift to the bottom of 2nd), even though it does move forward, it will spin all the way thru 2nd gear up to over 70 MPH.

I have a PY3400 and 3.73's.

I wonder if 3.42's or 3.23's would have been better, with my setup, now.

Now, on the OTHER hand, I have dealt out some pretty nasty spankings by rolling into my launch and THEN flooring it in 2nd.
You gotta have nerves of steel to avoid stepping all the way into it, even when the power is there.

Man, if it's that easy to control all that power maybe I'll do a turbo setup instead of S/C. I dunno, I really love the sound of a blower...

Practice accelerating as hard as you can in the rain. That should give you an idea.

I don't know how all-motor rwhp compares to boost rwhp on the street, but I'm getting my AAP 388 this week and we're hoping for a little over 500 rwhp thru 12 bolt and 4.33's (M6). This is currently my only car (I will be getting another one soon) with 315 Yokohama road race tires in the rear, I'll let you all know how it turns out.
