supercharging and turbocharging
yes if you had an *** load of $$$$$$
yes if the engine is strong enough to take all the psi
yes if you have the room
But on a late model f-body it would't be the best idea. it is best to apply the KISS theory( Keep It Simple Stupid)
the combination of both has been generally found in small displacement ie under 3 litres, all out race vehicles, and/or trailer queen/show vehicles.
on small motors the supercharger is there to provide instant boost and there for torque. then a massivly oversized can be brought in to build power on the top. this was common on old works rally cars.
Its a hybrid of both and its going to make its debut pretty soon.

The problem with the chargers is they are not as mechanically or thermally efficient as a turbo. So if you use both on a turbo car, the turbo will be dragging the blower along through the upper rpm's. The blower is sapping power from the crank all the time.

Not true, modern roots blowers have an air bypass valve when they are not needed and they require less than 1 hp to run when off boost.
