Default GWP after problems.

Hey everyone.

I am sure most people on the board know what happened to me with GWP and my kit (if you dont just do a search). However, I would like to mention a few things that GWP has done well.

1. They shipped my parts/system overnight after on got on their ***.
2. Despite our problems Kenny has been very helpful with tech support concerning his stage II system. He has helped me whenever I have asked and all of his adivce has been sound.

Personally, I would say that GWP is a good shop when they actually get your purchase to you. They do provide good tech support (in my case) and their product does appear to work well. If you are willing to wait and you want something fast GWP might be a good option. Personally, I would not order from them unless I have something in writing that states the kit will be ready in a specific amount of time.

Sincerely

'after on got on their ***.'

You shouldn't have to 'get on their ***' just to get what you paid for. I'm tired of ******** running and ruining businesses and screwing customers.

If you can't handle running a business, then go out of business and get the **** out. Take a job and work for someone else if you can't handle running a business.

Sorry. I'm being screwed by someone else right now for this exact same crap. You see it again and again.

No need to apologize or sound happy just cuz you finally got your stuff.

I'm not arguing if they have a good product or skills. They definitely should be bankrupt and deserve to be out of business.

For you who want a 10 or 11 second car, remember... you don't ge that in two weeks, no matter WHO you buy from or WHAT you do (unless you are rich and can command exclusive attention... and THEN you still may have to wait for parts availability).

I'm glad your car is coming along.
Take your time and it should last.

Kwik C5:
Ahh, it's unrelated to our cars this time. But I have been screwed by another well known tuner here about a year back.

Unfortunately it's just common. People who can't maintain a profitable business or good level of customer service. Continually charging in advance for new customer jobs so that they can 'float' enought money to stay in business. Incon, Hennessey, etc.. It happens a lot. Just tired of keeping mum.

I also know the relief you feel when you finally get the product or some money back, but that in no way makes it right.

Some people with no or limited business experience don't know when to quit. Some people have great technical skills but will never be good businessmen and their customers suffer for it.
