Ok I see how that would work for an automatic car, but what about for a manual? Can't really use a T-Brake on one, and it looks like it puts a load on the engine... but I'm still confused a little...

no load on motor
ok regular rev limmitler=== fuel cut, and igniton timeing cut.
two step on with clutch pushed IN== no fuel cut, JUST ignition.
you let up the clutch (dump) and it turns off. so at the starting line you hold it floored so your motor gets all the air it needs (throttle body wide open), and the computer thinks you are in WOT mode so your motor gets all the gas it needs (injecktors dumping fuel). only thing holding the motor back is spark.
and when you dump the clutch, or let off the foot brake in an auto the motor gets spark instanly (or as fast as electicity can move)
