I have the hardest time with their website. Do you just recommend calling them? I'm not even sure what that flange is called.

If you call em, be sure to post up the PN so it'll be easier to reference when people are looking to do this project in the future.

Yeah I know that is an option, but the local water jet cutting facility to me charges $300 per hour, with a 15 min minimum ($75.00) plus the cost of plate stainless steel. I figure it would be cheaper to just buy them. I will call Stainless works tomorrow and post the part #

Well, Just ordered a set from Stainless works. 70+14.11 to ship em. Shipping is kinda high. These companies have to get their shipping charges under control. 14 bucks for UPS ground shipping on two flanges is

USPS can have those here in 2-3 days for half that shipping amount.
Oh well..

Im working on them to be avaliable to the ones that are doing this kind of buildup.

Ive got one side done so far. But, they will only be done in 1/2 mild steel. They will have the groove machined in them for the factory style ring gaskets. The passenger side, that ive got finished soo far has about 4" on 2.5 pipe robotically welded to the flange.

Im still working on the drivers side right now but it looks to be coming right along. Ill try to get pictures of them soon. Once the system is built then all the hot side parts can be coated for durability.
