Would you build a 408ci TT or purchase a Viper and TT it?

Vipers look good but thats it. They are shitty built cars.(not that f body's are gems) but for as being an exotic and as expensive a viper is. The radio shouldnt move a quarter inch in the dashboard when you turn it on. I have worked onand driven a 1998 venom 600 viper at my work. The car ran like ****, smelled like fuel all the time, and sounded like a honda accord with a fart can. I drove the car for 20 minutes and hated it.
