I'm using a Spec Stage 4. It drives better than SPEC Stage 3 and handles more power. 700+rwhp on slicks and no problems.

textralia. Havnt driven it yet with the new turbo. 370ci/GT40-88/6 speed in a truck. hopefully i didnt make a bad decision...

You cant beat a dual disk...

I am currently running a Mcleod sintered iron on a SSG flywheel in my DSM...

Its been great even at 600+ hp... You V8 guys dont know how hard we are on clutches... Reving to your turbos spool point then slipping the clutch ever so carefully so you still pull a 1.5 60 or so but dont kill the driveline...

It will shred a mere mortal clutch system or blow a trans when using one with eratic engagement..

I love that clutch... Best high HP single disk I have ever driven... At lower powerlevels and or applications with a bigger clutch disk there are less aggressive materials... When you are trying to get 600 hp thru a 8" disk and slip it consistently at 4k rpm its the best...

Has anyone tried Exedy, I heard its pretty good. It should be @ $1300+. I got Cartek but I only have 520Rwtq.

There's no way a spec 3 is supposed to hold 750-800. I was making 600tq. and 554hp on a new spec 3 and the clutch only lasted a few thousand miles. And the spec 3 and 5 feel virtually the same on the street.

A SPEC 3F wouldn't hold our 680hp car.It was switched with a stage 5 and that holds great.

Exedy- no way it will hold.

Have a Mcleod dual behind the 770hp car but not enough miles/passes to tell.

Also got a new SPEC dual disk setup sitting here waiting to go into PUREVL's car.It looks like it will hold a ton of hp
