my 4" downpipe passes through were the AC use to go, over the passengerside kmember under the motor mount, should be able to see it in some of the pics i posted.
its hard to count costs.
$1700 tig
$300 gas mig (got a heck of a deal used)
about $300 for my hotside piping
about $150-180 for v-bands.
$50 for flanges
$80 for various bolts
$200 for coldside piping
$100-150 for couplers and clamps
about $300 radiator and fan
wastegate about $450

Lookin good smokinhawk, you are closing in on it. Slowhawk, you should do a write up on some tricks that will help the process for thos of us that havent dug into it yet. I hope I cna keep my stock radiator, and just swap to a pusher fan.
