Now boosted! Finally got her up and running last night! Drove it today and checked the gauge, boost hits around 3800-4000 (hardly any in 1st) and pulls great! Overall I am very happy, and it doesn't billow smoke everywhere or leak. I decided to return into the oil level sensor. Running it up in 3rd and 4th it peaks at about 7psi, and really starts haulin. I need a dyno tune now, and I'll be good to go. I have the PCM backed out so far (better safe than sorry) that it doesn't run it's best, but am SO glad it's FINALLY done! Add me to the boosted list! =)

highly recommend pressure testing everything to make sure you don't have any leaks.
perhaps your a/r is big but I think it should spool a bit quicker.
my 67 with a .81 housing for example hits full boost by 3150rpm. when I had leaks in my Y pipe and my discharge pipes / couplers not as tight as they should be it didn't hit til 3600-3700.
