Default Boosting questions

Car runs great except when I let off the turbosmart megasonic sounds like a rattlesnake, and when I shift I have to rebuild boost (doesn't keep it spooled), not sure if I need to tighten it or loosen it, experts? If I'm cruising along and decide to drop down a gear, I floor it to bring it up to whatever, 3500, 4000 then slip the clutch in, I can keep it floored and it's like it's rev limited at 4k and not boosting, REALLY strange, but if I let off, then get on it it's perfectly fine or if I shift slower then get back into it, it's perfect, or if I keep it revved up higher instead of letting off some when shifting it's fine. It's only happened a few times, but not sure what causes that. I can see why people use taller gears in M6 cars because 1st gear is gone before it makes full boost, and 2nd is so short that it's almost gone before it even hits 7psi. I can get around 5-6 in 3rd and 7 in 4th and 5th pretty quick, not sure what/if I'm doing something wrong but I have a 7# spring in the turbosmart 48mm progate. Could definitely use some advice on my setup. Thanks in advance friends.

Anyone? I hooked Efilive V7 up to it on the lappy and found I was getting 0 KR, and pulls timing out to 16º. It is running pig rich at idle, I can really smell it, but other than that, it works great...
