Poweryne belt slipping, HELP!!

oh ok so your street tuning.
so you have an in car wide band? yet no boost guage?
easy enough to see if the blower is having a problem.
disconnect the belt and try to spin it by hand, it should spin freely.

check the powerdyne bracket and make sure the belt isnt touching anywhere, prolly sounds stipid but when i bolted my kit up the damn belt was touching just a little for some reason . I had to washer it out a little bit. just a thought.........

i think thats what i'll need to do. It shredded this belt this afternoon. Had to just get my car towed home. It didn't rub on anything at idle. When it got to a higher rpm i heard it squeel as if it caught on something, then it started thumping like it was shredding, then lost power steering and no more belt. Only 2 ribs left.
it could be the internal belt came apart and binded up the supercharger shredding the drive belt, I had that happen once but I thought it was just whim that it happened do what blackbird said and take the drive belt off and spin the blower pulley
