I am making a J-bracket for my Novi 2000 supercharger.
It will mount in the same location as the procharger P1-D1 head units.

I will be using a spring loaded tentioner and ideler pulley just like the SD-concepts 8 rib J-bracket.

OK i need some help and i need to find out a few things.

1) With the ATI LS1 super damper does it matter what size supercharger crank pully i should use, SD-concepts supplies a 7.25 pulley and Procharger sends you a 7.5 ,

2) I would like to know where to buy the same spring tentioner , who makes it? etc.

3) what size tentioner pulley and idel pulley is being used by SD-concepts.

1) Currently I have the SDCE 8-rib spring tensioner and I have to use the largest blower pulley that will fit without rubbing, to keep the boost down to 9 psi. If I had a larger crank pulley I would have too much boost. I say go with the same size as SDCE.

OK sounds good
But the novi is a 3.54 to 1 ratio and the procharger is a 4.1 to 1 ratio, so i think the novi has to be spun faster to get the same boost.

what size supercharger pulley are you using?

I hear the SD-concepts is a Ford spring tentioner see if you can get me a part # for it
also the size of the idel puley in dia, and width

Why not go with the bigger blower pulley to get more belt wrap....

I'd be interested in pics and availablity of a spring tensioner too.

Preferably something that tensioned in a clockwise direction, although I could probably work with either.
