I didn't mean to sound like i was bashing the 408 turbo...just saying the speedo wasn't traveling all that fast. I would be interested to see if that 408 turbo could run in the 10's the way it is...just curious. To be able to pull on a NEW R6 s impressive though, those bikes are very fast up to 150 mph.

i have an stock 03 R6 and could trap 126mph (ran a best of 10.90 with a 1.7 short time) my TTA when it was making 512rwhp would trap 126 (ran a best or 11.82 with a 1.9 short time) so provided your at stock weight and up against a guy can ride his six then you only need about 500rwhp to be equal.
Muncie sucks, but OK...I was trying to get into US41, I heard that they are open over the winter on SUnday's as long as it is clear and 40 degrees. I called, but they said no....
10.9 is a pretty nice time for a 03 R6....the newer R6s are even nastier from what I understand.

yes, it should be sorted out next week....I like the idea of a turbo, but haven't seen that many that make good street cars, but am always hopeful.. Is the MMC going to rent out Norwalk again this year? I would love to race several cars at the track or on the street and then learn about their setups.
You Michigan guys prefer Martin over any other tracks? WHen do they open up?
GOT ME SOM....I would much rather race a 11.0 car that would be a great race than the 12-13 second cars up here!!!

We'll get a chance to line up somewhere for sure...I haven't raced my blue car is two years so I got a lot of racing to do in order to catch up.
I ran my dad's at Milan, Norwalk, Martin this last year and it was a blast. Martin/Norwalk are definitly badass tracks and Milan is improving.
