Question Turbocharger or supercharger?

I want great power in my stock 1998 camaro. Which is best and which will take the least amount of changing.

Supercharger. It will work with your exhaust and you wont have to mess with custom turbo headers and pipes.

BTW: You can't make the title bold.

It's cool man. Looks like you are looking to do a few bolt-ons with a FI power adder. There is a lot of great info on this site about all of it. I know the search function may not be cooperating, but you can always dig through the threads for the last couple days and probably find what you are ultimately looking for. This question gets asked frequently. You might even want to look in the Forced Induction section too regarding this.

Spray it, cheaper and less complicated. You wont have to build a new motor for it. To charge a car the right way you will need to build the motor around the turbo or supercharger. WHich ever direction you choose, have a plan and follow it. Dont take the easy way out. If you do that, cost you most in the long run. Good Luck.

Thats my vote. Only thing about adding a supercharger or turbo is your gonna have to spend more money on top of that to have everything work right. #42 + injectors and fuel pump. You should be fine at low boost but start saving for a new rearend and forged internals. Forced induction is a bottomless money pit.

My point exactly. I went with 60 lbs injectors, intake fuel pump, Kennie Bell BAP, and on the Vette I convereted my fuel system to the 97-98 return system. If I want more I could now add the juice 50 shot and be well our 800 rwhp and then your are really talking sick hp. Oh someone posted some assome numbers earlier, those were with a 408 and they show what money can do. If you go blown be ready to go forged if you have a heavy right foot as the bottom end will go and it will be pay me now or later as the commerical goes, oh I do love my FI system no turning back
