Default Replacing the procharger pulley

How do you replace the blower pulley on an D-1SC? When I got the sd-concepts set up, I went from 6-8 rib and I don't know how to get the pulley off the procharger.

Per ATI instructions if the pulley does not slide off easily, you are to use a propane torch anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes in a circular motion on the hub of the pulley. Do not pry out pulley.

Remove the bolt, Heat the pulley, and slide it off of the shaft and key. If you are referring to getting the bolt loose. You can try and bust it loose while the head unit is in the car with tension on the belt 1st. Or use a strap wrench to hold the pulley. Or clamp up the pulley in a vise between a couple block of wood.

As for re-installing heat the pulley in the oven @ 400 for about 8min and then slid it onthe shaft -key. Let it cool and install bolt/washer with loctite and torque to 40 ftlbs for (P) seried and 60ftls for (D) series.

Dont beat on the pulley!

Do I need to torque it when I put it back on? Loctite?

I use red, procharger directions call for 262 or similar...
