Whats my boost limit?

I tried to search what most people are saying the limit of boost on a stock block was but nothing at all was comming up.

The reason I am asking is I came across an 11psi wastegate spring and was wondering if the engine would be able to handle it.

Two words: FUEL INJECTORS!

I am amazed folks are pushing the 42's that hard. 11psi with that T70 is going to take some SERIOUS fuel...although I suppose that your meth helps. As Mr Long Range has pointed out, we gotta be careful over 500 rwhp!

Fuel Line...might need to get a return-style with a 1:1 boost sensitive fuel pressure regulator.

as somewhat mentioned get mototron 60# injectors a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator,rails lines.Make sure your tune is dead on and that you dont run low on meth. Might also need anothe fuel pump but i think you could get away without it but since theyre only like $100 might as well to save yourself in the long run

11 lbs is pretty aggressive for a stock bottom-end. I run 10.5 with lowered CR and good fuel without issue.

So pretty much I shouldnt run 11psi with the way its set up now? Ok, lets take a step back. With the way that its set up, how much boost would you recommend? And roughly, what kind of power can I get from it? (Im going to be taking the car back to get re-tuned this spring so I will have a good tune for whatever psi is recommended.)

I'm at 10 psi. with 42's and meth. I'm assuming with you having head studs you may have heads ? What kind if so ?

as u sit id stick to ~8psi,get 60# injectors and you can get away with ~10psi.Make sure the tune is on though

I do have arp head studs....Im still running my stock heads....What kind of power are you making with 10psi? what mods?

That is about where im wanting to be...how is your engine holding up? Does stress on the motor vary from turbo to supercharger?? 10psi is 10psi right?

Not exactly. It's all about where the 10 psi is made in the rpm band. A turbo will let you see 10 psi much sooner and longer then a supercharger making 10 psi only at peak rpm.
