Ideal cam size for procharger?

I am emailing from the UK, in the hope that you may be able to help us or point us in the right direction! We have just bult a 2001 Corvette with the following:- it has a full comp cams value train, with an xr269cam fast composite intake manifold TPIS 90 mm throttle body SLP 85mm MAP sensor, pro charger with twin intercoolers SLP headers high flow cats and SLP cat back system. We then obtained LS1 edit to set the vehicle up but we are unable to come to term with it as we are used to using real time tuning on the rolling road.
We are pretty sure most of the alterations possible with LS1 edit will not be used but any advise would be greatly appreciated. The vehicle is again 2001 Corvette with manual transmition.
