I have the SDCE 3.4 setup which I was told was good for around 13psi. The gears seem to be a good compromise for drivability and power. It gives it a little time to spin up vs. having 4:10s.

We have simmilar combos,
I have the 8 rib P1SC and currently running SVO 42s and at 10# I made 570 and 477 at the wheels with an A4 and the SC1 cam.
Had it at the track once on the everyday 295/35/18 Kumhos and it did a best of 11.35 @129.8 on a 1.85 60' easing it off the line. That may give you some kind of idea what yours is caplable of running? I had a hard time finding the sweet spot between boiling the tires and hooking. Still dialing in the fine details, hope to have some passes on slicks soon.

The car looks like it's running out of fuel on the topside, at least going by the dyno's wideband. Even if it's tuning and not your injectors reaching their max, a dry-shot of nitrous on that would most likely be more than the injectors can do. I know I wouldn't do it.l

I was going to get some 60s but was wondering what the best set up would be after that. I have a 10lb bottle and line, I just need to piece a kit together, either dry or wet.

You cant use a dry kit because you MAF is most likely topped out ~4000rpm. You will have to do a wet, honestly I would do a direct port sparaying on top of the blower if it were me but you know..
Nice numbers and 14psi is more then possible with a FMIC (I assume it has a FMIC), good piping and a 3.4 pulley with an SDCE and a P1.
First thing you need is injectors and more fuel pump though.

I have 2 340 pumps in a y block set up with a hobbs switch, but when we tuned we only used one.I most likely adjust it when the 60s go on. What do you mean on top of the blower? where would it feed in?
I have one of those shark nozzles i could use also, or i was going to try an intercooler sprayer.

I just meant spraying with a blower, not literally on top of it.
I was going to put a 100 shot on mine and messed around a little with a couple nozzles in front of the TB and I decided not to do it, couple cylinders were super rich and a couple were super lean. Figured if I did it I would either do a single plane with a carb style plate or an under the injector direct port on the LS6 intake. I'm sure a single wet nozzle in front of the TB will work but it wont be optimal. When you are spraying on top of 14psi you want to be careful, I run mine pretty cose to edge and I want control of fuel distribution when spraying
Like anything else work your way up slow..
