update on slow progress

I just thought i would show some picts of my 98 ss. I own a shop in south dakota and am very busy so the progress is slow on my personal ride so it may be awhile for the next update...

Wow!!! What are the specs man??? How big is that turbo?? I'm guess that you're going to be running an A2W?? Sweet ride dude...

Nope actually i am a big fan of the aem units and am using a Aem universal box on it... I have one on a customers 67 camaro with a 106MM turbo with 1600cc injectors and a .750 in lift cam that will idle at 900 in gear..

How much do one of those AEM units run??? Do they do the job as well as the BS3??

I have not used the BS3 but have probably sold 75 aem units over the years and have had great luck with them... I am not a sponsor so i cant say about the pricing...

Very nice set up Joey. His build-up is taking foreverrrrrr. Once done, it will be bad-*** street/strip car. All piping, A2W, etc are his fabrication. I'll let Joey tell you the particulars.

The 67 Camaro was finished over the winter, but still to cold to do any real tuning. Our track doesn't open for another 2 months

. Now that is a car that is going to scream.

Is that an OEM front bumper cover?

Yes the bumper cover is an original... Here are the specs on the car:
will be a 370 Ci ironblock
2 eliminator fuel pumps one of which will come on under boost
1600 cc injectors
turbo is a Gt4788
HKS 60mm wastegate
will run a AEM 1900u EMS with built in wide band, 2 EGTs , 8 msd blaster ss coils, 8 channel cdi box
