the pte 88 will spool noticeably slower, be heavier and take up more room
if your goals are not over 900rwhp (manual trans) its easier all around to do the 76mm

I'm getting ready to do the same thing. How are you going to do the wastegate? I was thinking of using the piece in the link below & machining a hole in it for the WG pipe. It's a 3" pipe into a T4, maybe you loose some efficiency?

i cant imagine that piece being much of a restriction...butyou will still mostl ikely have to get two pipes together and then into that one 3 inch...so i dont really see the point to it...

Thats just me though.
