The M112 is better, but really out of it's league IMO. Or the Magnus hybrid variant M112R (I think). It's a great blower, especially down low, but as with all Roots style blowers high rpms are not it's thing.

To make 600+rwhp on 93 octane fuel without nitrous takes some serious work and meth injection I would think.

Could be wrong though, but I know the Corvetee guys struggle to seem much past 500-550rwhp with a Maggie setup on C5's.

Maybe a twin setup would work better, but I doubt it on a single intake manifold OHV. The Aston Martin V8 was a 5.3 OHC unit that ran twin Eaton M90's. In FULLY legal form it made 600bhp (flywheel) on 91 octane fuel. So big power is certainly available.

I totally agree with you on the M112 or even the M122 for that matter..

Im just saying that the roots style has much more potential. trust me.

you dont need twin blowers the new kenny bell is capable of supporting at least 800rwhp on a 408. It has already been shown on the LS1 vette they prototyped the kit on and it has been released for sale to the public.

The twin blower was with respect to the Eaton Roots style not a twin screw. And yes I saw all the pics, although the prototype was not producing 800rwhp and rated blower HP levels and actual acheivable HP levels for a street car are not always the same thing.

Oh BTW it's Kenne Bell www.kennebell.net

I know I just mis-typed it. It did make 707 on pump gas so the potential is there.
