Okay-gotta make this decision pronto-like by tonite. I have both a 02 Z06 cam and a Futral F7 blower cam(224/230 114+4). My car is a 02 Z06 and i'm in the middle of installing a A&A P1SC kit. I've also swapped heads out to 317 heads with a valvejob and patriot duals. Now I'm going to be running 60lb Mototron injectors, and there is a thread over in pcm section with a fellow member having trouble with these to work properly. My concern now is will the F7 cause any driveability issues and if so should i just stick with the Z06 cam? I have seen good results with the F7 but it seems like the Z06 cam has also had similarly good results too-will there be that much of a difference between the 2? I just don't want to be spending all my time trying to get the car to run right with the 60's-what are your thoughts?

If you want to make more power then do that bigger cam. Up to you. What is the stock 02 Z06 cam again, 207/218//117? It's a nice cam but the other cam will make more power everywhere.
