Procharger Bellow Issues...Need a Few Helpful Solutions
Well my issued is I bought my Procharger kit used and it didnt include the Bellow from the MAF to the TB...Well I have been playing with a few different bellow peices (some kinda ghetto) and what is the worst part is the best one yet is the damn factory bellow from the MAF to the TB. Well I ordered one from ProCharger and they sent one that was way short and had no kind of bend to compensate for the angle going to the plenum.
So now when I pull the plenum down to bolt it to the base...the Bellow from the MAF to the Plenum bends in the middle and creats a decent sized hump that restricts a good chunk of air flow...And not to mention Im sure the Good ole factory one isnt helping...
So my real question is what are all you guys using and if you have any pics or could send me some pics Id appreciate it...I have been tryin to iron out this issue for a while and it wearing me out...
Sorry for such a huge thread but maybe someone can help me fix this...Thanks in advance fellas

My buddy HuggersOrangeSS is using some type of Frenco rubber fitting he found at Home Depot, wich works very well, with the stock procharger setup.

why is there 4 intake pipes going into the plenum? then the one out?
This is the stock procharger setup with the exception of the airbox/ducting/upper radiator support-filter-tray.
The Plenum uses 2 independent sealed sections upper and lower. Lower= Fresh filtered air, upper=pressurized air.
The box mounts on top of the stock air filter and location, which enters from the front and out the back down to the ducts to the head unit.
From there to each intercooler, up the side ducts into the top pressuirzed section to the intake track.
Here are a few more shots which should clear things up.

Yea Im goin to look and see if i can find something that will allow me to bend upwards from the TB to the plenum at an angle...I think that is the key to getting everything to line up with out forcing the bow in the other rubber coupler hose...

I know that for me the smooth SLP bellows work real well with a bit of trimming for the correct angle. When I first started with the install-manfg I had the connector you are dealing with and understand. I don't recall if locates the maf in the same position to where it would cause problems from maf to box. If you were to use the SLP unit.
