thumper kit
thumper kit what is a thumper kit. and are they any good..sorry guys. i am new to the game. i was thinking of buying a ptk thumper kit. it has an gt47 88 mm turbo. are garret turbos any good.
a thumper kit is one that has a HUGE turbo, if you car is stock dont get it.
that kit you are talking about is an amazing kit especially at the price, but it takes a complete car to make it worth while. that turbo is a big one and would have too good of street manners

I'm having Speed Inc. build me a custom kit with a GT 47-88. It's capable of 1400-1500 hp. If you get can someone to make you a kit without your car needing to be there then that's pretty cool.

Jmeister and I are working on car. We allready pulled the engine (402 Iron block). And had it sent to the machine shop for a -CC piston and his AFR 225's to be reworked. We also just pulled out the the cars harness to rework it. Next on the todo list is remove the AC and Heater and use madmans block off plate. This car is going to be a monster!

Im saying it will be about 2 months max till the car is complete. Still looking for the 4l80e
