I think it'll match pretty awesome with the color of the car.

ibgoatin - I wonder what people will say when they see you have a 9 inch in the back.

My old headers were sliver coated and they looked awesome until I drove the car for the first time then they looked like crap, chalky white. The coater I used this time said that the silver finish is rated @ 1300 deg and that the black is rated @ 2000, so hopefully this will hold up better....we'll see

Probably bitch about how we've ruinned a perfectly good touring car...or that we've knee capped the car's handling capabilities...

...yes, those are actual comments from GTO owners...silly, huh?

9" w/ Detroit Locker...you are mistaken if you do not believe that will degrade the routine drivability of this car. That said, to each his own! You are welcome to do whatever you want! I have a number of people who have taken issue w/ my ongoing project: 1966 Mustang convertible w/ blown 408W and a lot of steel tubing.

But I won't even put a locker in that car!

It's not a daily driver so I could care less about "drivability" of the car if I wanted that I would have gotten a 7 series....I just wanted a truly bullet proof rearend without a spool, I plan on pushing the limits of this car.....just to **** people off

They are the same people who won't tint their windows for fear of wrecking due to lack of visibility. I say do what you want, its your car and you have to drive it. You can make fun of them and their fish bowl look.
