If you're set on high CR with 7+ psi, then I'd be safe and get a meth setup. Personally, I wouldn't ever be in the situation where I would need a meth setup (I don't like the whole idea of having to refill anything, other than my gas tank). Meth is VERY effective and people can claim that meth is about 120 octane. Meth mixed with 91 should keep you clear of nasty KR problems, but still you have to make sure your car as the meth to inject.
I don't see what the big hype is about high CR with boost is, honestly... A full point of CR won't set you back that much. To compensate, you can add some timing back in. It's just not worth the risk in my opinion... Stick around a while and read up on some things... ask questions, and then make your decision.
Want to keep that CR high? Think again about the bottle... Cheaper, lots of torque.. But you have to refill it
Also if this forged bottom end was built for NA the pistons might not last under boost
