Loud Screeching Noise on Startup???

Loud Screeching Noise on Startup??? I finally got the procharger on and the damn belt. It started and started making a loud screeching noise. I know it's not the Procharger because I did put oil in it. I think it is the tensioner but not 100% sure. If I turned the tensioner slide upside down would that cause a loud screeching noise. Need help Thanks.

The tensioner on the bracket is on but its not flush with the way it needs to be. It happened to me once. You have to make sure its 100% flush otherwise you'll get this loud screeching noise which makes you wonder which witch is coming after you.
