10bolt vs turbo?
10bolt vs turbo? i have been looking into getting an sts kit for my 99 ss very soon here, but still doing all the reasearch on turbo's and sts kits and such. i think i got everything down but had a question about the stock 10 bolt holding up to the boost (8psi) with some drag radials on the car. i have found 1 car on the boosted list with an auto running the stock 10bolt and claming 10's. i know that is a little different than the m6 but just trying to figure out if an 11 sec pass with the stock 10bolt will kill it, or if i would be ok?
wow! yea i know n/a the rear would get killed quick but i think turbo is prob a little better for it.... i am prob just gonna hold off and bring a trailer out to the track the first couple times...
